Introduce Speaker with Speaker's name, speech title, and time

Warm up audience. Call on members who haven't spoke or without meeting duties first. Try to end around 7:18 am.

1-2 min each.

1 Speaker = 6+ Topics
0 Speakers = 10+ topics

  1. Timer Report: Ask Timer if Table Topic Speaker(s) qualified
  2. Grammarian Report
  3. Vote for Best Speaker, Evaluator, and Topic Speaker
  4. Pass votes to Timer
  5. General Evaluator report to give an overall evaluation of the meeting
  6. Announces the winner of Table Topics and Best Speaker and Best Evaluator
